It takes about 1 hour of charging to wake the ball up for optimal connectivity. However, it's always recommended to fully charge the ball during 1.5 hours the first time.
The ball typically requires approximately 1.5 hours for a full charge.
Yes, a partial charge of about 15 minutes can suffice for immediate use if you are eager to start playing! However, if it's the first charge of the ball, a charge of 1 hour is requiered for optimal connectivity.
The ball's battery life lasts several days on a single charge, ensuring extended usage before needing to recharge.
When the ball charges, the blue light pulses slowly.
The blue charging light does NOT turn off when it is fully charged. The ball is fully charged after 1.5 hours on the charger.
When you plug your charger into the wall socket, it will turn green, indicating it's working properly. The green light will turn off automatically after some seconds. When you correctly place the ball onto the charger, the light turns on again and is blue.
As with all charging of electronics, we recommend not leaving the ball on the charge plate for extended periods. While nothing will break, it's a general safety precaution for charging electronics.
